The Bitter Mojito
Serves 2 Prep time: 5 min

1/2 teaspoon confectioners' sugar
1/2 lime, juiced
1 sprig fresh mint, crushed
1/2 cup ice
1 shot of white rum
2 cups carbonated water
1 sprig fresh mint, garnish
In a highball glass, stir together the confectioners' sugar and lime juice. Rip the mint leaves and drop into glass. Fill glass with crushed ice and pour rum over ice. Then fill the glass with carbonated water. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Gin and Tonic
Serves 2 Prep time: 5 min

4 cubes ice
2 shots gin
4 fluid ounces tonic water
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
1 lime wedge
Fill glass with ice. Then pour gin, tonic water, and lime juice over the ice. Stir well with a spoon. Garnish with lime wedge, and serve immediately.

Lime Margarita
Severs: 2 Prep time: 5 min

½ cup of ice
(6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate
1 shot tequila
1 shot triple sec
Fill blender with crushed ice. Pour in limeade concentrate, tequila and triple sec. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Bahamas mamma
Serves 2 Prep time: 5 min

1/2 shot rum
1/2 shot coconut-flavoured rum
1/2 shot grenadine syrup
½ cup orange juice
½ pineapple juice
1 cup crushed ice
Combine regular rum, rum with coconut flavoring, grenadine, orange juice, pineapple juice and crushed ice in an electric blender. Blend until the drink's consistency is slushy.

Sunrise Martini
Serves 2 Prep time: 5 min

1 shot coconut rum
1 shot vodka
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1 dash grenadine syrup
Mix rum, vodka and pineapple juice in a drink shaker. Shake firmly until frothy. Pour in a martini glass, add a touch of grenadine in the middle. Garnish with an orange wheel.

The baby’s Fussy Navel
Serves 4 Prep time: 8 min

1 shot peach schnapps
1 shot vodka
3 cups orange juice
1 dash grenadine (optional)
ice cubes
Pour all liquids (peach schnapps, vodka, orange juice) into a shaker with ice. Shake, and then strain into a glass. Top with a splash of grenadine.

Amaretto
Serves 2

3 cups sugar
2 cups water
1 lemon peel
6 tablespoons almond extract
1 tablespoon chocolate extract
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 cups vodka
1/2 cup bourbon
Simmer sugar, water and lemon peel 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Remove lemon peel and add remaining ingredients.

Black Russian
Serves 1

2 ounces vodka
1 ounce Kahlua
Fill rocks glass with ice cubes. Add vodka and Kahlua and stir.

Brown Cow
Serves 1

1 ounce Whiskey
Root beer
1/2 ounce Heavy cream
1/2 ounce Kahlua
Add crushed ice to a tall glass. Pour whiskey over crushed ice. Fill glass 2/3 full with root beer. Pour in cream and then Kalua. Stir lightly and drink with a straw

Coke Float
Serves 1

2 ounces Amaretto
2 ounces Kahlua
2 ounces Bailey's Irish Cream
2 ounces Vodka
4 ounces Coke
Need: (1) - 8oz Glass. Mix: Ameretto, Kahlua, Bailey's Irish Cream, and Vodka. Pour above mixture into Coke. It tastes like a coke float!

Kahlua Mudslide
Serves: 1

1/2 ounce Kahlua
1/2 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
1/2 ounce Vodka
1 ounce Cream
Mix all ingredients well. Serve over ice cubes.

Skor Bar
Serves: 1

1 ounce kahlua
1 ounce Bailey's Irish Cream
2 ounces butterscotch schnapps
2 ounces creme de cacao
Mix ingredients in an 8 oz. shaker and shake well

Apple Blossom
Serves: 2

1 ounce Brandy
2 ounces Apple juice
1/4 ounce Fresh lemon juice
dash Vodka
Shake all ingredients well with ice cubes. Strain into Old-fashioned glass.

Bloody Marie
Servings: 1

1 1/2 ounces Vodka
3 ounces Tomato Juice
1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
5 drops Worcestershire Sauce
8 drops Hot Pepper Sauce
In a old-fashioned glass, combine all ingredients. Add ice and stir.

Caesar
Serves: 1

1 1/2 ounces Vodka
4 ounces Clamato juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
Dash Worcestershire Sauce
Dash Tabasco
Celery Salt
Cracked Pepper
Combine first 3 ingredients; add seasoning. Stir well, Garnish with a celery stalk.

Red Devil
Serves: 1

1/2 ounce Sloe Gin
1/2 ounce Vodka
1/2 ounce Southern Comfort
1/2 ounce Triple Sec
1/2 ounce Banana Liqueur
Using a shaker filled with ice, combine all ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a chilled highball glass.

Screwdriver
Serves: 1

1 1/2 ounces vodka
6 ounces orange juice
ice cubes
Fill a highball glass with ice. Add vodka, fill with orange juice, and stir.

Sex on the Beach
Serves: 1

3/4 fluid ounce Vodka
3/4 fluid ounce Amaretto
3/4 fluid ounce Orange juice
1/4 fluid ounce Cranberry juice
1/2 fluid ounce Peach schnapps
Fill tall glass with ice. Pour in ingredients except schnapps. Mix and float schnapps.
