Non-Alcoholic

Black & Blue Berries recipe

1 cup berries
1 cup soda water
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp lemon juice

Place all ingredients into a blender jar. Cover, and whiz on medium speed until well blended. Pour into a collins glass, and serve.

Virgin Mary
Servings: 1

4 ounces tomato juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 pinch celery salt, to taste
1 pinch salt, to taste
1 pinch pepper, to taste
1 celery stalk
1 lime slice
cracked ice
ice cubes
Combine liquid ingredients and seasonings in a mixing glass. Shake with ice and strain into a highball or Collins glass filled with ice cubes. Garnish with celery stalk and wedge of lime.

Virgin Pina Colada
Servings: 1

Ingredients:
2 ounces coconut cream
1 1/2 ounces crushed pineapple
1 ounce pineapple juice
1/4 cup crushed ice
1 orange slice
1 maraschino cherry
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend at high setting until smooth -- about 30 seconds. Strain into highball or collins glass and garnish with orange slice and cherry. NOTE: Crushed pineapple juice canned in its own juice is preferable for a less-sweet drink; use pineapple canned in syrup for a sweeter concoction

Champagne

32 ounces club soda
12 ounces frozen white grape juice concentrate, thawed


Stir together club soda or seltzer and grape juice concentrate. Pour into two soda bottles. Cap tightly and chill. Serves 8 to 10.

Apricot Iced Tea

3/4 cup Apricot flavored black tea
2 tablespoons Apricot nectar
2 tablespoons Cranberry juice
Ice cubes
Sugar, to taste
Orange slice, for garnish

Mix the tea, nectar, and juice together and pour over ice. Add sugar and garnish with a slice of orange.

Banana Berry Blend
.Serves 2

1 cup Lowfat yogurt
1/2 cup Orange juice
1/2 cup Strawberries, frozen
1 medium Banana, ripe
2 tablespoons Honey
1 tablespoon Wheat germ, optional

In blender container combine all ingredients. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth. Serve immediately over ice or in frosted mugs.

Virgin Margarita
Servings:1

Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces Sweet and Sour Mix
1/2 ounce Lime Juice
1/2 ounce Orange Juice
Shake with ice and pour over ice into rocks glass.

Sparkling Sangria (Non-Alcoholic)
Serves 1

• 1.5 oz. Stirrings Red Sangria Cocktail Mixer (32 oz. per bottle)
• 1.5 oz. Stirrings Club Soda (6.3 oz. per bottle)
• 1 slice(s) orange

Combine Stirrings Red Sangria Cocktail Mixer with Stirrings Club Soda.
Garnish with fresh sliced orange.

Iced Green Mint Tea (Non-Alcoholic)
Serves 6

• 3 oz. Stirrings Simple Syrup (12 oz. per bottle)
• 1 liter(s) fresh brewed green tea
• 3 mint leaves
• Brew 2 liters green tea.
• Add Stirrings Simple Syrup and a handful of clean mint leaves (no stems).
• Chill in the fridge until cold.

Pomegranate Soda

• 4 oz. Pomegranate Cocktail Mixer (32 oz. per bottle)
• 2 oz. Stirrings Club Soda (6.3 oz. per bottle)
• 1 lime wedge
• 1 cup(s) ice

• In a tall glass with ice, combine Pomegranate Mixer and Club Soda.
• Stir well, and garnish with a lime.
