For their 6th anniversary this fall, Solstice Restaurant & Wine Bar is celebrating with an exciting menu using locally grown produce to create modern Italian Cuisine.

The three brothers that own and operate Solstice have worked in fine dining their entire career, starting at the Elliott House Restaurant prior to opening Solstice. Chef John Paul began tuning his skill and the age of 16. At age 21 John Paul decided to travel to Italy to learn more about "real Italian" cuisine and after spending the better part of a year traveling throughout Italy, growing his repertoire, he returned home to his Executive Chef position at the Elliott House Restaurant.

With their years of experience behind them you know that John Paul Angheloni - Chef, Vince Angheloni - General Manager and Andrew Angheloni - Dining Room Supervisor will take good care of you every time you visit the Solstice Restaurant & Wine Bar.

A new wine list will be launched this fall that will showcase value and quality. The Fall Table D’ote Menu will feature some of the chef's most creative inspirations along with his version of Italian culinary classic favorites. Watch their web site for upcoming features and events.

Their concept is simple, serve good fresh ingredients and provide clients with good value and a great dining experience. Solstice strives to be the type of friendly and welcoming establishment that guests return and enjoy regularly and not just for special occasions. Solstice is particularly proud of their Private Dining room that can entertain over 90 people for a sit-down event. Come into the restaurant, sample from the menu and keep them in mind for your event this holiday season.

They offer a unique Private and Semi Private dining experience while providing one-on-one event planning to insure your event is nothing less than perfect. In addition to personal services they can customize your menu to include your company logo.

Now also offering our customers the option to bring in their own wine. There will be no 'Corkage Fee" charged on Monday or Tuesdays (some restrictions apply).
